This privacy policy is issued by Jadawel (جداول), operator of jadawl.site, as the controller of the personal data collected through this website, under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its implementing regulations.

We collect only a limited set of data, each for a clear purpose and a specific lawful basis:

• Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message, based on your consent when you submit the form, in order to respond to your enquiry.
• Analytics: aggregate, non-identifying data from a self-hosted analytics service that uses no cookies and collects no personal data, based on our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site.
• Newsletter (coming soon): your email address when you opt in, based on your explicit consent confirmed through a double opt-in email.

All personal data we collect through this website is processed and stored exclusively on servers inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We do not transfer your personal data outside the Kingdom, and we do not use any cloud service or infrastructure located outside it to store or process this data.

The one inherent exception is email delivery: a notification tied to your request may transit through an email delivery provider, a consequence of how the email protocol itself works, and only the minimum data needed to reach you is sent to it (see "Sharing data and processors" below).

We keep contact-form submissions for no more than 24 months from the date they are sent, after which they are permanently deleted.

We keep newsletter subscription data until you unsubscribe, which you can do at any time via the link included in every email or by writing to us directly.

The PDPL grants you a number of rights over your data with us. You can exercise all of them by writing to info@jadawl.site:

• Access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it.
• Request correction of any data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Request deletion of your personal data, in the cases the law provides for.
• Request that your data be transferred to another party in a machine-readable format, where applicable.
• Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
• Lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA), the regulator responsible for personal data protection in the Kingdom, if you believe our processing of your data breaches the law.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Access to your data by any processor working on our behalf is limited to the Saudi-based infrastructure providers needed to run the website and its database.

An email delivery provider may be used to send the notification tied to a contact-form submission, and the data sent to it is limited to the minimum needed to complete that delivery.

We apply a set of technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including:

• End-to-end encryption of the connection to the site over TLS.
• Access to the database and storage systems restricted to authorised personnel only, on a least-privilege basis.
• Regular backups of data to servers inside the Kingdom, to keep the service and the data resilient.

This website is not directed at children or minors, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the legal age of majority. If we learn that we have collected such data without a guardian's consent, we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect a change in our practices or in the applicable law. Any material change is published on this page along with an updated "last updated" date above, and continuing to use the site after a change is published constitutes acceptance of it.
